Checked in super late but ended up staying for 3 nights! We came out here strictly for a doctor's appointment but enjoyed the peace and quiet and location so we stayed just for fun. Ray was cool and convenient and helpful! Had a really cute little park and a kind of family enviroment feel. Also had grills and a gas station across the street. Definitely coming back next month for the next doctor appointment & staying another few nights..all in all don't let these little hole in the wall places go unnoticed! It was very welcoming
Wow!!!!! And that's an understatement. This place has been completely renovated. The owners are awesome, the rooms are awesome. I can't even express how impressed I am. I am currently staying here for a couple days and coming back later in the week to stay for an extended stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are top of the line!!! I recommend this motel to any and everyone! Hats off to the owners for a GREAT job! Quiet and drama free! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Super customer service. Ray was great. He reserved my room, gave great and simple directions on how to find place and was helpful through the whole process. He even help me find a pizza company was delivered. Outstanding! Room itself was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price
They've really put a lot of work into keeping this place decent but affordable over the years. It's definitely not where you want to go if you're in Indy for a vacation, but if you're local and don't look too hard at the guests of the other rooms, this place is alright. Plus Chris is an excellent manager and does what it takes to keep customers satisfied and returning.
This is my home away from home. Staff is AMAZING. They really make you feel like family here. Its quiet, clean, and I feel extremely safe with the on-site management and surveillance cameras. All rooms are unique and modernized. Full size kitchen in some rooms with reasonable rates. Whether you're traveling or a local...gotta check this place out!
This place is really nice the room I stayed in was so nice, The bed was new and very comfortable. I am a GrubHub Driver and I wanted to be a little closer to my work zone for the next day. So I call here looking for a room for the night I got down here and Chris the manager gave me the key to look at the room and I was very happy with it. I really felt like I was home and the price was very affordable. for a room on a Friday night in Indy can be very expensive no matter where you go. This place is really good
This is literally my home away from home! Staff and management are really nice and will try their best to accommodate your every need, they will check on you after you settle in and make sure you have everything you need! Check out is at 12pm which is unheard of in indianapolis because most check outs are at 11am!! Rooms very affordable and minutes away from shopping!!! They have clean rooms, play area for the kids, and a little grilling area for the adults/family!!! The best part is you can actually sit outside your room and not be bothered! Everything is ground level, no stairs to climb which is always a plus!! The best motel to me hands down, i will never go to another one here!!!!!
This is my favorite place I've ever stayed solely based off of the fact that the property manager Ray Is an amazing person. I've never been more comfortable and have the feeling like I'm home since I've been staying here. I've lived here for almost 3 months and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The other folks that live there long term like myself feels like a little family and I love it. Everyone looks out for one another and it's a great atmosphere.
